We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist who will provide direct phone, chat and email support to our growing customer base of web designers and professionals out of our office in Palo Alto, California.

If you are passionate about enabling customer success, have proven knowledge of HTML/CSS and are a rock star at providing software support, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via chat, phone and email
  • Evangelizing Duda’s product features and assisting customers in the adoption of Duda’s products to help them build long-term success
  • Engaging each account to ensure that every Duda functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value of each Duda subscription
  • Advocating for customers’ needs and contributing to our growing knowledge base of articles and videos
  • Working collaboratively with sales and other departments to ensure conversion, seamless onboarding and deployment

As part of our Customer Success team, you will also help drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies to drive maximum value and success with new and existing Duda customers.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have These Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience providing exceptional customer support in a SaaS or technical software company
  • Experienced building websites using HTML/CSS and understand how websites are structured.
  • Passionate about troubleshooting and solving problems creatively and efficiently
  • Customer oriented: you "own" the customer's problems and are able to solve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • You are within a 1-hour drive of our office in Louisville, Colorado or Palo Alto, California (sorry, remote candidates cannot be considered).
