Accounting Manager

Duda Inc. ( is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our Finance Department and help provide useful insights into business performance for our fast-growing company. This position plays a pivotal role and is responsible for managing and improving our entire accounting function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with our employees and external vendors to ensure all transactions are processed and reported efficiently, accurately and in compliance with all regulations and policies.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage all accounting operations including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Transactions, Payments, Billing, Collections, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Revenue Recognition
  • Manage and improve the worldwide monthly close process, including international consolidation with subsidiaries in Israel and the UK
  • Implement appropriate internal controls for all major processes across the company to ensure they are operating effectively
  • Manage and mentor a team of external accounting firms in Israel and the UK
  • Serve as the lead technical accounting resource for the company and proactively anticipate, research and analyze complex accounting issues
  • Manage audits, corporate tax filings, tax nexus and international accounting issues with external accounting firms, including preparing and reviewing support documentation and analyses
  • Ensure that monthly journal entries and account reconciliations are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist the CFO to drive financial discipline across all functions
  • Implement a cloud-based accounting system
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related degree; CPA required; MBA a strong plus
  • Possess 6-10 years accounting experience, preferably at Big 4 and/or venture-backed companies
  • Strong accounting technical knowledge (e.g., revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, stock options expense and international consolidation)
  • Experience in managing and scaling a team and accounting processes
  • Direct experience with fast growing, international companies
  • Excellent analytical, customer service, organizational, communication (verbal and written) and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with SaaS companies preferred
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online, Expensify,, Gusto, Stripe
